The Regent Hotel’s commercial space formed part of a larger mixed-use retail and residential scheme. Sainsbury’s were identified as the tenant and following the completion of the construction and fit out, the investment was sold.
It’s excellent position on Clevedon’s most prestigious shopping street, Hill Road, surrounded by the town’s finest bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, had the added benefit of being the only supermarket convenience store in this key area of the town.
Practical Completion was finalised in September 2015.
