Island Place / Co-op
SALCOMBE, DEVON
Island Place’s commercial space formed part of a larger mixed-use retail and residential scheme. Co-op were identified as the tenant and following the completion of the construction and fit out, the investment was sold.
It’s excellent position within the affluent Devon town of Salcombe had the added benefit of being the only supermarket convenience store in the centre of the town.
Practical Completion was finalised in September 2018.
